This is a sample survey. As you can see, the interface is very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through surveys.

After completing a survey, users return to the home screen. This is how the dashboard appears when there is no survey available to complete.

Likes

  • The app will ask you for permission to track your location. If you allow tracking, the app will analyze your location history and give you surveys relevant to stores and restaurants you may have visited recently. This seems like a great way to personalize the experience, but more privacy-conscious users can easily deny the app access to this data.
  • The setup is quick and easy. Users can start answering survey questions shortly after downloading the app. This process is especially quick and easy if your PayPal account is already linked to your Google account.
 

Dislikes

  • Google does not push a lot of surveys to the app. The app often sits dormant because there are no surveys available to complete. If users enable notifications they can alleviate this issue. Instead of checking the app daily, users can allow the app to inform them when a new survey is available. 
  • There is not much going on in the app. The app only serves the purpose of collecting survey responses. It could be better if the app also offered a way to distribute surveys. Maybe Google has a different app for that, but they could conveniently coexist within the same app.
