One of Monday’s best features is its search bar which allows users to find boards or documents without scrolling through organizing tabs. Once you find your workspace or project, you can click on it to view progress on different tasks or tap the pulse button to view a history of the activity log.
Monday can also connect to your phone’s calendar and automatically update the in-app calendar with upcoming events. The notifications are easy to sort, and the “notes” space is the perfect place to record personal thoughts.

The setup process takes you through a short survey to best match the app layout to your needs. The survey asks why you are using the app, and what sort of team you work on.
